Before satsang, there is a joint Himalarya meditation. Participation is possible on site and live online.

HIMALAYA SAMARPAN MEDITATION
Soham was personally instructed by Indian master S.H. Shree Shivkrupanand Swami in Himalayan Samarpan Meditation, a simple tool for achieving self-knowledge and liberation. Since 2017, Soham has been promoting awareness of this meditation in the Western world and teaching it in his satsangs.
